You use them exactly the same way you use a ZIP file, if that helps at all

Extract the album from the RAR with WinRAR or 7Zip.

You have to download a program like winrar.

once you have the file downloaded, all you have to do is open it and it'll open automatically in the program. the files will be extracted into normal format right away.
