I know, but Justin Bieber has mostly teen fans, which I would think buy albums in more of a rush, leading to frontloaded sales. Sure, Sade and Susan Boyle didn't have hit singles and still sold well but their audiences skew a lot older. And by Justin do you mean Justin Timberlake? Cause he always had successful singles
