Every song from Monica's debut went top 10 on the Hot 100 and got pop airplay. Brandy's first #1 was Monica's first #1. Brandy's only other #1 was "Have You Ever." Monica followed it up with two more ("Angel of Mine" and "The First Night"). Not to mention, her Space Jam smash, "For You I Will." Monica did well with or without Brandy's help.

So what? the ONLY reason why Monica had more top hits was because Most of Aaliyah's songs couldnt chart the hot 100 because they were airplay only tracks. Aaliyah had more hits WORLDWIDE and her albums sold the same amount as Monica's.

Hell, at one point Xtina had more top hits than britney because most of Britney's tracks were airplay alone. does that mean anything?

and lol. Both spice girls and tlc outsold Dc. DC are 3rd. Tlc 2nd. and Spice Gir;s 1st. Lol @ u thinking DC outsold Spice girls.
