Kisuke, Rome is not exactly Italy's sexiest city. It's very much a beautiful, historic and well-preserved tourist attraction. I haven't been to any other major Italian cities, but I'm under the impression that Milan is just for shopping (inauthentic). I'd love to go to Florence, Sicily or Maranello.
