The first single is always the one that the artist inspires first and feels that it is already the best and can represent their album; at that time, they probably havenot finished other great records saved for the rest of the album, so because they didnot have much time to compare between the first single they should release or the other songs in the album, the first single then maybe don't come out right as expected for the whole album
