LMFAO! For the record Namie did come first but BoA is deffo the better performer. Namie's lazy dancing doesn't do it for me in terms of her performances. Her vocals are pretty decent though. I just find BoA to be more of the overall package. Plus BoA has also had a successful Japanese career

If you factor in digital sales, Koda has actually sold about 40-50m records where as Namie's digital sales are quite weak. Trick era for example did alone 5,000,000 in CDs and downloads and I still have to add some digital figures for it.

Namie's fans aren't here for the digital sales. They'd rather go out and buy her sh!t physically

I kinda feel sorry for Namie. If it wasn't for Ami Suzuki and Ayu in 1999 she probably wouldn't have faced such a decline from 2000 up until 2004.

No need to feel sorry boo, just look at the present.
Ami Suzuki is flop hasbeen who will most likely never get another hit single or album and Ayu is currently declining in sales while Namie is back on top.

Namie Amuro - Beyonce
Koda Kumi - Britney Spears
Ayumi Hamasaki - Madonna
Utada Hikaru - Christina Aguilera []

BoA is a better dancer than Namie but BoA's latest performances have been nothing but half-assed.
Namie has more sex appeal and fierceness in her left boot than BoA has in her entire body and BoA's peak in Japan doesn't even come close to Namie's peak in Japan. No one thinks of BoA when the term Queen of J-Pop is mentioned.
