Yes, apparently she signed a deal with them. Allegedly she was enticed by their offer because she has full creative control over the project. She originally had a deal with another label (Geffen IIRC) but that fell through in the end. I think she signed with Tesco because nobody else wanted her. Nadine has the potential to be huge, it doesn't bother me too much that she has signed with Tesco. It could work out well for her in the end, I'm sure they'll put a lot of effort into promoting the record.
