I don't think that it's Ciara who is needing to get it back on track; it's her team. Ciara is controlled by her management & has to do everything they say IMO; manipulated to their liking. I doubt that CiCi is allowed much input into her CD's, music videos, promo rounds etc. Just like Britney & her 'supposed' twitter account...

Jimmy was goofy at the beginning of the series like Dave but now that I think about Danny (Liberty's Brother) is more of Jimmy knock-off than Dave.
For Elli they tried it with Jane.
Spinner never left for them to be able to replace him (nvm Derek is a Spinner knock-off).
They've never had/tried a Craig replacement though.
I wish Jimmy and Ashley would have ended up together. They were so cute.
