Dunno bout certifications, but 18 #1's for sure. Her last song not to hit #1 was "Break The Ice", but it peaked at #2.

Johnald didn't know you requested a ban from your other account after he did an IP check and confirmed you were gagaloo(or something like that). He thought the administration banned you for breaking rules or something, but Duca notified him you requested a ban shortly after Duca got banned...which is a big difference. Requesting a ban isn't bad, but being permabanned based on one's behavior is. He just mistaken you for that latter, so he reversed.
