I'm entitled to an opinion! I've followed Destiny's Child's career and I've seen videos like Independent Women and Bootylicious, but as a solo artist, I've never seen Beyonce try to create a unique music video till Single Ladies. Then came Diva and Halo which had boring videos. Sweet Dreams wasn't any different. Video Phone was a breath of air, maybe stale air, but still something different.

Single Ladies was shot and premiered WAY before Lady Gaga exploded onto the scene, so what is your point?

Bey in risque outfits, loads of explosive colors, plenty of booty shaking, the incredibly fast switching between scenes that puts strain on the eyes.

Take out the Kill Billesque intro and there are plenty of similarities.
