I genuinely don't see why any Brit stan would troll that thread because of such, err, achievement. When Britney hit #1, I don't remember the 'celebration' thread being 1/20 as big as theirs, so it's not like it was much of a huge deal, even if it happened when our Queen is resting and doing nothing.
But hey, maybe that's just because we're used to *real* achievements, so the minor stuff doesn't affect us in any significant way.
