Ok I will assume you we talking about studio albums, like most people if they are to count how manu albums an artist has. The Fame is 1 album. The Fame Monster EP is an American second album. The Fame Monster deluxe edition counts as The Fame, not increasing her studio album count. The Remix is not a studio album, so that doesn't increase the count either. So where are you getting four albums then?

it said over 13 million ALBUMS. I failed to see where it says STUDIO ALBUMS.
