I just received a letter from my school. $5,500 in financial aid. I'm glad I didn't fill out my parents info this time.
I hope I can get financial aid. Not looking that way though. I'm going to work hard for scholarships. I don't want my parents paying for my college eduction.
Im still waiting on mine to come and school starts in about 3 weeks.

The thing is I just filled out my filled out my Fasfa a few days ago. I can't believe they sent them the info so fast.
I'm surprised they gave me so much. When I filled out my parent's info last year I barely got 1K.
