And that's because majority of Bieber, Taylor, Miley (?), are promo singles. Their official singles do pretty well. "Love Story", "Baby", "Party In The USA"/"The Climb". "Mine" is not just some random single, it will continue to sell.
Although, I'd be sad if Eminem's video is superb and can't get back to #1 because of Taylor's lead. The more her fans find out, the bigger her bar will go.
