The 1st single set to be released from Britney Spears' seventh studio is "Radar". The song will be re-recorded, re-mastered and re-released due to innumerable fans' requests.

Already proclaimed as the song of the millennium, the song will get it's third release and is confirmed as track #3 on Spears' upcoming album (it was track #3 on Spears' 5th album "Blackout", the most critically acclaimed album of the last decade [get it here], as well) with the tentative title "Radiance on Radar". When asked about the release and the lucky number 3, Spears, the reigning queen of pop, responded: "Three is a charm, twice I will do the same", referencing to her #1 hit single "3" [get it here] which was the first single from "Britney - The Singles Collection" [get it here and here] and opened at #1, sold more than 3 million copies worldwide and broke numerous records. According to Jive, "Radar" is set to break even more.

Most people consider "Womanizer" an anthem because it was huge and cemented her status as a legend.
"...Baby" is an anthem to me, but yeah, not to many people out there. "Toxic" is epic, but I don't think most people see it as an anthem. Imma go with "Oops!".
