I'm not saying she won't, but she's not gonna do any major performances of 'Ride'. "Papers" was a promotional single . Jive invests more money into Usher with promotion, appearances, and videos than Ciara since he makes MILLIONS. Ciara's last album sold 193,000 copies to date. They're probably still in the hole from the money they spent on Fantasy Ride. That's what's really hurting her right now.

threw out dozens of singles hoping for a hit + doing a rerelease less than 6 months away

ushers doing well because of one hit the label on their part was messy
