She needs a new tour director/manager. What I have noticed, though, is that, with the conclusion of the Sasha Fierce era, Beyoncé has fully entered and situated in her "diva" stage (i.e. Mariah - Butterfly), so technical choreography and a distinctive image might a bit quixotic to expect.
