He is right. The video was released after "Bad Romance" and it's bad and the song wasn't even a big hit. There's no way it would gain so many views so quickly. While "Bad Romance" was a huge worldwide hit and it's video, you may like it or hate it, but it was THE most talked about video of 2009/2010.
And why is it even "Baby"? Why not "One Time"? It would make more sense.
