I am actually from Ireland. But Northern Ireland so we are shoved in with the British and the Irish.

Yeah, Circus should have done better but edgier music is doing well here at the moment. I am praying that her next album will do better here. At the same time if I enjoy it and as long as it does well somewhere, why should I care what other people make of it.

Her albums have always sold better in the USA and singles sold better here.

Radar did better here though it went to 46 here and...88 in the USA I think. 3 hit 7 and Womanizer hit 3 so we aren't too far behind.

I just said that, but 2 albums went to 2, Blackout did pretty well here in general. Her singles do better in the UK than the USA and vice versa with her albums.

yeah but britney's singles were on fire this era. Radio was loving all of the singles even radar went top40 on pop radio and they had longevity.

no ones getting defesnive lmao, she was really succesful in the uk this era, womanzier sold well and circus went plat, she sold 70k in her first week which like 9/10 wud of guarented a number one album but she released alongside about 5 massive UK acts.

Every God damn single from "Circus" besides "Womanizer" was a flop in the UK.
"Circus" struggled to hit top 15 and "Amy" struggled to hit top 20.
I can't believe why it happened, she always had hits in the UK.

"Unusual You" or "Kill The Lights" would have been top 20 hits at least ("Unusual You" coulda been a #1 ).
Even "Shattered Glass" would have worked as a single IMO.
