On albums RCA’s Christina Aguilera is in the lead with the newly-released Bionic as she looks to achieve another UK albums chart-topper and is joined among the top-five sellers at this stage of the week by Brushfire/Island’s Jack Johnson, Epic’s Glee Cast, Reprise/Warner Bros-signed Michael Buble and RCA-handled Alicia Keys.
Brooklyn band The Drums are in seventh place at this point of the week with their self-titled first album, released on Monday by Moshi Moshi and Island, while other new albums lined up to enter the chart will include Island’s Steve Winwood retrospective Revolutions – The Very Best Of and the Warner Bros-issued Iyaz album Replay.
Some of them were so transparent wit their reviews. If Gaga was mentioned more that one, it's not credible (i.e. New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune). Hoston Chronicle gave it 2.5 stars, but at least they were fair and not nasty.
