I've seen once that Time Out has sold enough for 7x Platinum...
Britney and In The Zone should be 5x and 3x Platinum respectively....
From her certified singles only 2 were released as CD single
and missing:
Womanizer 3x Platinum
Circus 2x Platinum
If U Seek Amy Platinum (?)
Radar Gold (?)
3 2x Platinum (it was near 2 million in December, don't know now...)

Well, at least the albums are almost all certified, except for "In The Zone" like you said and also "Blackout".
These were their sales reported in February by Billboard: 2,987,000, "In the Zone," 2003 980,000, "Blackout," 2007
"Circus" was at 1,647,000 at that point, but I doubt it will go 2x platinum. :/
Also, "Womanizer" was confirmed to have sold more than 3 million, but I don't know about the rest.
These are the last figures I got:
-- 159 SPEARS*BRITNEY CIRCUS 25821 333 5964 2518705
52 49 SPEARS*BRITNEY IF U SEEK AMY 28194 -6 30039 880011
122 121 SPEARS*BRITNEY RADAR 11541 -7 12459 370748
33 45 SPEARS*BRITNEY 3 40287 -16 48002 1722040
I just went to RIAA's site to check Britney's certifications and it's seriously awful how much Jive doesn't care about them.

I guess "DI" stands for "digital", but I have no idea about the rest.
isn't 3 , circus , womanizer should be platinum aswell?........
I never understood why Europe considers Kylie the Best Pop singer ever. X was a great Pop record, but they make it seem like it's the new Thriller. No offense, but Europeans have a really dreadful music taste, even worse than Americans.
I agree. I mean, it's not like we here in the states have the best taste but their's is just REALLY awful. They still worship boybands and girlbands for crying out loud.
ALBUMS
CIRCUS - 2x Platinum
OOPS!...I DID IT AGAIN 11x platinum
Blackout - Platinum
IN THE ZONE - 3x platinum
BRITNEY - 6x platinum
I hope Jive updates her album certs to these soon...
I think you're a little bit off.

I guess "DI" stands for "digital", but I have no idea about the rest.
ST = standard (aka physical singles)
DI = digital singles
MT = mastertone singles
I highly doubt Circus has shipped 2 million btw...
^ but billbaord donesn't count sales throught the that Bmg club thing, but you can certify those sales. I think
Yes, You can certify BMG club sales, hence how BOMT got 14x Platinum, adding BMG Club sales it stands near to 13 million, plus the other copies that were shipped but ended unsold.

Oops! has sold something near 10,500,000 copies, 9 million from normal retailers and the rest from BMG Clubs, it's certified 10x Platinum (Diamond), but maybe it surely could get a 11x Platinum certification...
I honestly don't understand why they don't certify Blackout with Platinum, it's obvious that there are 20,000 copies shipped right? Same for In The Zone for 3x Platinum...
^^ Well, I don't think they're waiting the next release to certify older albums, maybe they're waiting it to certify Circus singles and 3...
Well, we've been thinking like that ever since 2003, when we were all expecting 'Britney' to be re-certified. I've come to peace Jive is lazy and idiotic and that one day Britney is gonna have to pay herself for the certifications... Also known as "not happening".
