But I hope she releases the album between April-May, because January is a terrible month for sales. (If this Perez info is true.)

In the other side I wanted new music from her by the end of the year which is also the best time for sales.

If Brit did go for a Q1/Q2 release she would need to promote all summer to get close to even Circus sales, simply because sales are lower overall.

I think Brit works better with Q4 releases because she doesnt promote much. Lets hope this is the era everything changes

If she releases in Q4, album sales are pretty much done in a few months. She needs to find a way of developing longevity. I think she'd get huge opening sales no matter when she releases.

A 500k+ debut would near impossible in Q1/Q2, even for Britney

once again the next era depends on how much promotion Jive and more importantly Britney put into the album

put it this way, if Britney does the same kind of promo for the next album as she did with Circus and releases it at the start of next year then that **** will barely get a gold certification. I hope they are ready to give this era the work it needs.

Britney's always ready to work though, so I wouldn't worry. She's stayed in the public eye in one way or another so people will know long before the album release she has something coming out.
