I'm not Russian, but I speak Russian, so...
Above the title of the magazine it says: "Business after the crisis: the record industry is getting on its feet".
Bellow the title: "Billboard's Agent - Timati: interview with Ranetki".
Timati is an awful Russian rapper and "Ranetki" are the girls from some teen show there. (I have that **** on cable )
And next to Britney and the company: "Ring coiners: the price of the worldwide superstars".

Well, they are all on a pile of coins and it's definitely how it sounds in English, maybe they gave that title as a reference to "ring leaders" or something.
It's all about the costumes for each of those artists, what they represent. Are you gonna say you didn't *know* that was Britney? Such art puppets are not supposed to look perfectly like them, that's not Madame Tussaud, DUH.
