I don't think you have to do anything now. When they entered you as a referral, they already registered for ATRL. It depends on the moderating staff if they were approved or not, regardless of your referral.

My ATRL on the top right corner -> Edit Profile -> Then under Basic Information, find Date of Birth. Go to the drop-down menu under your birthday and select either "Display Only Day and Month of Birth" or "Display Age and Full Date of Birth." This will show your birthday on your profile, as well as your age if wanted. I have "Display Only Day and Month of Birth" selected, so only my birthday shows.

We already have site images, ad, avatars, etc. It takes a lot to load all the images adding a signature image would significantly increase server load, cause more bandwidth to be used, and reduce the overall performance of the site.
