It isn't the worst; I favor the others more.
Blackout is a fun, admissible album, albeit a tad overrated.

It was the way she presented herself in my opinion. Disregard the lip-syncing being off-par, the choreography was cute and the energy was there.
She provided lukewarm when everyone expected 'knock-out', being slated as the "official comeback performance". She did seem out of it, both physically and mentally (per se). Her body was the core point focused on, and she seemed somewhat dazed and confused in her surroundings. I'll never understand why her team allowed her to go onstage like that.
Though, this is my perspective.
her or something. I do blame MTV for using Britney as their marketing cow to pull in the major ratings after they had seen her rehearse beforehand and new that she wasn't ready for a comeback. Yet, they were pimped her out like it was going to be her most epic VMA performance yet.
