A multi-platinum artist selling only 350k WW is a BIG deal.

Ciara lost some of her fanbase & was labeled as a flop by many ppl.

Coming off of that era, they should be makin' sure that the 1st single is being promoted & is doin' well.

If they weren't goin' to promote, they should've labeled it a promo single because if it flops, it's just goin' to be one more thing that ppl can criticize her on.
