Deadpool support has me screaming
One would've thought the nomination for the superhero would be least deserved but wtf is Nocturnal Animals is doing there, its weakest aspect was its screenplay. I think those two become the screenplays that are left out, and maybe Fences too since Moonlight will be considered as an Adapted screenplay at Oscars.
Not seeing Loving getting nominated for a screenplay Oscar either so that should be out too.
Edit: Just realized The Lobster was snubbed here, shocked but not really. I'm still expecting a nomination for that.
. A lot of people thought 20th Century Women could get in too considering its editor was nominated a couple of times before. ATRL does not really talk much about precursors so perhaps you should check other forums (ie AW) and see the receipts!
