Nah, cause Gaon is adjusted throughout the year.
Hanteo releases numbers everyday, but Gaon's are more accurate cause they take a month and account for returns. (Some groups have negative sales some months)
Gaon also counts every album shipped (regardless of the store it goes to), but Hanteo only counts the sales from Hanteo stores.

No it's literally shipments. Gaon adjusts numbers based on returns while Hanteo doesn't. That's why Jonghyun's album is higher on Hanteo unless SM did sajaegi.
