I think maybe the first half of the first season is a lil tedious because it's a lot more "case-of-the-week" driven than it is character-driven, but it eventually it shifts more toward the latter, which is where it really excels
As I've said before, the fifth season episode "Hitting the Fan" is kind of GOAT and the preceding four and a half seasons are kind of worth watching just so you can fully appreciate that one episode
