Basically Israel expanded itself through stolen lands - mainly Palestine's. And Israel has tried to steal even more lands from Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon multiple times. The problem is that it failed big time. However, Israel still to this date breaks many international laws, in hopes to get stuff that could benefit it. Not just land, but portions of the ocean that belong to other countries like Lebanon due to their oil reserves.
