There is no comparison between the two overall. Obviously Beyoncé is miles above - she's truly nearing ACTUAL legend status, if not already there. Nobody else in the last 20+ years can claim that.

Amy Winehouse, Eminem, Daft Punk, The White Stripes/Jack White, Coldplay, Shakira (Spanish-speaking world), OutKast are all near or past that 'ACTUAL legend' threshold IMO. I'd add Kanye too but his recent antics have taken a toll on him.
