Diana Ross, Prince, Janet, Madonna etc didn't perform on the stage a decade into their careers. A lot of legends never did even, the Superbowl is a farewell present to Gaga if anything.

No. Madonna could've gotten it way more earlier but she was way sexual or her image perhaps before, SB is a family thing. One of the reasons why Madonna did it later was because of Janet fiasco in 2004. Madonna is the first female act to perform there for almost a decade. And now Madonna paved the way again, I wonder why Rihanna can't book it since females are kinda allowed now?
Why arent it's countless performances and hard lobbying from Stefani not working? Why arent people streaming on Spotify? It's almost as if no matter how hard she tries, the GP won't accept her stuff. Sad!

Well, you guessed wrong. Them performing is like watching a snail, it's boring. They are wonderful performers but not the type SB would book and that's understandable. Rihanna on the other hand, releasing hits after hits, can perform, can dance, can sing, yet can't book it.
Radio doesn't really affect all platforms unfortunately for instance:
All the videos above MR were released before and have already peaked on radio and MR is currently doing better on radio and has the more recent video (2 weeks old?) And yet it's doing horribly
