I can confirm this is true because back when I had myself as my primary avi there was this one member who posted it EVERYWHERE and it got to the point of creepy so I reported it and was told just this.

That is creepy. Although posting it once in a while as a response to that user's comments is fine imo.

Taking pics from someone's social media and posting it here (which I'm sure has been done a couple times) is not ok however which is why there's a rule against it. Kind of sad that I've missed some of those expose's though.
