Starboy and Black Beatles are bigger on airplay (radio are dropping 24k magic, especially pop radio), Spotify and especially video views. It would need to sell like +200k to make up for it, which is not happening.

Still we can hope for a #3 peak.

I am not really happy with this, and I kinda blame STREAMING for it's foolery. This song clearly should have peaked at #1 with all of these iTunes #1 repeaks it keeps giving us, but then again sales are LOW so it doesn't matter.

Was 24k ever put on the top of Spotify biggest playlists? Because I always hear about some songs staying there for the longest time ever.

Spotify will damage his chances of getting more top 10 hits if his streams don't go higher with the next singles.
