As much as I despise Camila, I do think she has a shot at a somewhat successful career. She's walking on eggshells right now but if she plays her cards right, she could do well.

4H should start making 100% urban music. If they make Normani the focus and let Dinah and Lauren shine too, a crossover smash shouldn't be hard. Everyone in the group just needs to work on their performance skills.
