Lil Freak : The reason this won over OMG for me is because of the originality & freshness of the track. Nothing else sounds like it, & Usher's voice (specifically the way he sings the verses & chorus) really adds to the song. Without him singing it, the song wouldn't have worked. But because it is him, the track is complete fire throughout. And Nicki Minaj's verse is like the (very sweet) icing on the cake. She gave the track that final touch with her charisma & humor.
