I'm not sure. I know Content ID system count streams when:

- video is longer than 30 seconds
- contains master registered by label with ISRC code
- video is monetized (usually - you can see ads)

Some kind of youtube channels like commercials don't monetize their videos containing music. It's when channel's owner has direct sync licence with righ holders (master and publishing). This streams are not counted.

I don't see any ads here - maybe Google monetization system haven't added it yet.
