MTN serves production with only one two minor editing mistakes. And it damn sure looks better than MR & G.U.Y.. Now it would have serve better had she not had that whole breakdown sequence and just kept the part where she walked into the dance studio at the beginning and just started the song.
DIC is one of my faves but I can't see the soccer moms wanting to hear (or radio being open to play) "rub the pain out" and "funk me downtown" on the radio

Where will MR end up?
It will stay near the top. The GP actually like this song, it's bringing in new listeners that might not have cared for the other songs
The MR video is better than the TEOG video because it at least had some kind of a story. The editing for the TEOG was laughably bad and at one point you could literally see the shadow of one of the cameras flashing on the building.
