Video should come this Friday. And there should be one final big performance in the US in December (The Voice, of course). If radio doesn't pick it up by then, it is over for her. Unless DIC smashes in the spring of course, I'm sure they'd rather play a Dance song with a pseudo tropical/latin/reggae feel than an acoustic ballad (if you're not Adele).
Maybe they will push Million reasons until the Superbowl and they will wait to release the video in January. Would that be a good idea?

Yeah, and if you think about it, she has to do all the promo now because in January, a) there isn't many promo slots available, and b) she'll be busy rehearsing for the Super Bowl and probably starting to plan her tour simultaneously. January on the song is going to have to rely solely on radio and any commercials they have going for it.

Only The Voice is relevant out of those. It's not worth to sing MR on those other irrelevant shows and destroy her voice for little result. Her voice already sounded very exhausted on The X-Factor UK.
