Well, actually, that should answer your question.

justice system is excellent, but is very powerful, i'd say more powerful than politicians. But that is needed considering the amount of corruption in the country

Oh hun, baby boomers sure did ruin a lot of things, but Trump winning the US election and Brexit are not one of them. It's more like the bad things baby boomers have done have created the need to have someone like Trump run the country and the UK leaving the EU to fix those problems

And yet, nobody does anything to change that. And if someone tries to, they reject it

Sure, Joanne. Is there anyone else in Italy who'd be able to guide the country? Grillo? He's only good at doing opposition. Berlusconi? Corrupt hasbeen. Salvini? Let's not even take him into consideration.

That's not going to happen. But if it does, watch the 60+ year olds vote LEAVE en masse and ruin our chances again.

Italy's situation is quite tragic. If we're going to have elections, I don't know who to vote for. All corrupt clowns who can't do their job running for presidency, who will get a lifetime salary because they couldn't change that damn obsolete constitution.

Northern Italy doesn't like Southern Italy. I remember that from my trip to Italy way back in 1990. The North and the South are really like two entirely different countries, with the North having to basically prop up the South. I bet the two halves of the country probably vote differently too. Also, my Dad's best friend from high school has lived in Vienna for over 30 years, so I need to email him and get more details about the situation in Austria.

north and south vote similar, usually right wing. Centre, where I'm from, votes left.
I need Tuscany to gain independence and be great again with Florence as capital.

Back in 1990... now things have changed and trust me, only constantly drunk 70 year olds from the provinces of Bergamo, Sondrio and Vicenza want the north to be independent.

Yeah as somebody already wrote it's not as strong as it was a decade/20 years ago - we have some cases in Veneto and Trentino with separatists feelings but not strong, and basically who adhere to these ideas are mostly 50/60+ right wing people. Younger generations tend to be mostly liberals and against separation
Anyway the situation in Italy is a mess, I voted no because i didn't personally liked the reform (it was a giant unclear mess) but everyone is bad. Really i can't see myself with a good government ever again. Next elections will be a major mess and i'm ready for the worst

You can try to drag all you want, but to deny that the UK, Germany and France aren't the trinity of the EU is delusional. The EU relies on the UK and France for military protection also. Britain is the biggest military power in Europe. The lessers could never, and I couldn't be prouder to be British, especially after my country voted to leave the anti-democratic project that is the EU, and still be the fastest-growing G7 economy
