Certainly not the worst thing in the world. It has an average design, decent colour scheme and standard concept. It's psychic and has middling stats so it's not particularly usable, but if you really wanted to I guess she could work.
The real offensive thing about Grumpig is that she takes a really cute and funny design from Spoink and does nothing with it. Her tail is slightly curled... so are all pigs'. This bouncing toy looking pig with a giant spring for legs and a massive pearl on it's head that needs to stay bouncing to live turns into... a purple pig. The lack of imagination was real.
For
DripDrip this was "another of my old favorites when I first played Gen III , ugly fat and looking like Abyss now."
Phresh also takes a turn snatching Abyssy's wig, saying that it "makes me hungry (sorry fake vegan abyss, write a tumblr blog to vent)".
AbeHicks is also pulling his fork out of Makuhita's head, "People eat wishiwashi and magikarp but i want to know what the psychic pig tastes like. Do you get powers if you eat too much?" No, you just get heart disease, and even worse... fat.
