I think my favorite PH couplet is:
"I've got a green thumb and a garden of dreams / I'll try to cultivate but I won't succeed"
Paint By Number was done so wrong by the judges. The chorus is probably the best I've dropped in the history of this game.
But then there are also these gems:
"We were still golden, in our summer youth / Though I only shined standing beside you"
"He crosses the room like a storm / and leaves us breathless in his wake"
"Out there he may be the star of the show / but I'm the galaxy that he calls home"
"Darling you thought I'd be your puppet / but look who's pulling the strings"
And obviously every couplet in Red Carpet Funeral and my #1 country hit Roots Grow Deeper is amazing.
I'll be honest, I underrated you (although I remember having a conversation with Temporal in the early PH8 rounds where I said you'd be in the finale with him
