You really don't need to watch it, the game has bits of Kingslaive in it.

The anime is cute and free on YouTube and it's less than an hour. The anime shows you how the four guys met each other and dove deeper into each character's own life. Whenever you have the time, I'd watch it. You don't NEED to watch it, but it's a really nice companion piece imo

I just finished the game.

TBH I REALY REALY love it. But the story is too damn short (It only took me 22h and I did side quests).

Anyone who finished the game and had problems after reloading the saved game?

I'm again at the last Mission and I have to fight the boss again with no potions and stuff


I wanted to do all the side-quests and lvl to 99


EDIT: OK I found umbra - let the EXP Farming begin

Yeah you only really need Kingsglaive. But the anime really help you draw connections between the main cast. There been several references in game from the anime it's cute.
