Waka Waka is not global. She has two semi hits in the states and thats the biggest market. Britney has more songs that charted higher in almost every country. She's more global but you can keep trying.

Lack of US support + being huge in markets that generally don't generate revenue (she is/was obviously relevant in the big markets at some point, but you get what I mean)

Yeah, the third/developing world worships her. That should def be taken into consideration.
