Check the spreadsheet in the description box. It shows Trump's lead in Wisconsin to be 22k, the original lead reported was 27k (check the initial news numbers on election night)

That's a 17% shrink.

The real sad part about all of this is that it doesn't matter how much of a lead Hillary ends up having over Trump in the end. He's already president elect and the electoral college WILL vote him into office. They're not going to be faithless and turn the presidency over to Hillary, so as much as I enjoy hearing this kind of news, I can't help but feel like this is all pointless.
