I've been soo into this genre for the past 2 months. I'm fairly new to it (got into it during the summer) which means there's still so much music for me to discover.

Add to the fact that the 2016 Western pop situation has been nothing short of atrocious, I'm hooked.

Goldfish Twice got caught lip syncing (embarrassment of K-Pop)

"Queue sheet for the Super Soeul Dream Concert showed that Twice's stages were AR while Girlfriend's stages were MR. As you all know, AR is for lip syncing while MR is for live singing. AR includes even the vocal part so all they have to do is open and close their mouths or sing little bits and pieces here. It's an embarrassment as a singer. Twice already suffered embarrassment at the Melon Music Awards with their shocking display of horrible singing skills so maybe they performed AR this time out of fear of it happening again."

that's the best part. I wish I could experience that again even though I still kind of am. That phase where you go "wow, this is actually really great!?" and you start discovering a bunch of things lol. I'd say go at your own pace. That's how I did it. One door eventually leads to another.

I started out with EXO/BTS/GOT7 alone and then BTS danced to AOA and I discovered Miniskirt and then I saw TWICE in the YouTube recommendations next to their M/V and so on and so forth.

I'm still discovering music/groups. I found KARA's "Step" a few weeks ago and heard it for the first time for example. I was sorta blown away

Twice is notorious to be bad singers, but what help them is the music (not my cup of tea, but not bad), and their personalities, cause damn I've been watching a bunch of shows, and they appeared on several of the shows I watch (Flower Crew for example) and gosh you can't hate these girls...

As persons & entertainers they are really cute, spontaneous, funny, witty. But as singers *crickets*...

People often call me a hater, but I actually don't hate them, just their music and vocals.

That's a perfect way of describing it. I saw an avi of the TWICE breakdown in Like Ooh Ahh and thought it was a cool scene so I decided to watch the video. It was stuck in my head for a couple of days and the rest is history.

I love how organized how each release is (the aesthetic, choreo, visuals, music itself), it's a pop fan's dream.
