Madonna has only ever truly failed in her career since Rebel Heart when you think about it. Her "flops" were merely underperformances. Even MDNA had a top ten in the US which went #1 in other countries around the world. And if you want to include tours as apart of an album/era, Rebel Heart is faaar from a flop. Her career trajectory is truly incredible when you look at it.
