Not really. Especially when you can't back it up with anything, when talking about vocal pedagogy.
An opinion would be saying you prefer her voice in 2008 because of her tone, timbre, and her not growling as much.
And Bey wasn't struggling to hit notes this tour. This tour was vocally relaxed tbqh, and she was still belting those clean F5s from MMA&I like Havoc said.
2008 Bey would not be able to perform 1+1 the way Bey has on this tour. Her head voice has never been better.
Bey hasn't had a special like Wynn to focus solely vocals and go all out. If she did, trust that she would kill it.
An example is All Night at Tidal tbh. She did that run where she imitated the saxophone, but in HV.
