To answer your question: the Golden Bell awards are the next relevant music award show in January, and then there are some semi-relevant shows like the Seoul Music Awards early next year as well.
Anyway, the Gayo festivals are next big thing to look out for after the MAMA's.
I don't think I've watched any of those besides the MAMAs, and the MMAs recently.
The first time I watched it live was last year with the iconic 2NE1 reunion, lucky me.
I don't know if it's the case, but the MAMAs feel like the most important award show.
JinE's voice is the main reason why those Oh My Girl harmonies sound so good. Listen to their songs in HQ and with good headphones yo. Sometimes those parts where we think are sung by everybody are actually her solos. Basically her voice glues everyone's vocals together.
