Could be that Wes learned that Grace was the Green Meanie and decided to wear the costume to take attention away from Grace since she is his daughter after all. We still don't know if they're saving the last GM for the 10th episode and if they are then you'd expect it to be someone big.

I'm thinking if it is Wes then it was just his payback for the Chanel's, Munsch and Zayday ruining him and Grace's relationship and maybe Grace went loco. Idk I'm interested to see how they pull this off.

I'll catch up eventually but I'm starting to think they should have just left it as a One Season Wonder. The charm of the sorority setting gave the show something magical. The production value this season is lacking.
